	Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (x86 and x64) Microsoft WSE 3.0 Runtime SSL 3.0/TLS 1.0/1.1 SCHANNEL Protocols disabled and TLS 1.2 enabled Visual Studio C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable x64 and x86

Pre Req installer includes all of the above. Please reboot after running.
